ITINERARY
Day 01: Hanoi – Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van
Meals included: Lunch, Dinner
Trekking: Approximately 9–12 km · Around 4 hours
06:00–06:30: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Board the bus and depart for Sapa Town.
09:30: First rest stop along the highway toward Lao Cai City.
11:00: Second rest stop in Lao Cai City before continuing to Sapa.
13:30: Arrive in Sapa Town. Meet your guide and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
14:30: Begin trekking through Y Linh Ho, following rice terraces and Muong Hoa Stream toward Lao Chai Village, home to the Black H’mong people.
Admire the scenery of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range before continuing to Ta Van Village, home to the Giay ethnic community.
17:45: Check in at your homestay and meet your host family. Take time to enjoy mountain village life at sunset.
Enjoy dinner and, in the evening, visit a nearby local bar for music and opportunities to socialize with other travelers.
Overnight at a bungalow in Ta Van Village.
Day 02: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Sapa – Hanoi
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch
Trekking: Approximately 4 km · Around 3 hours
08:00: Enjoy breakfast prepared by your host family.
08:45: Continue trekking through rice paddies and bamboo forest. Stop for photos and panoramic views of Giang Ta Chai Village, home to the Red Dzao people.
11:00: Cross Giang Ta Chai Bridge and walk to the main road, where the bus will pick you up for the return to Sapa Town.
13:30–14:45: Enjoy free time to relax. Shower facilities are available in the hotel’s shared bathroom.
14:45–15:00: Meet your group at the hotel and prepare for the return journey to Hanoi.
15:30: Board the bus to Hanoi, with two rest stops along the way.
21:30–21:45: Arrive in Hanoi and make your own way back to your hotel.
