Payment Policy

• Extra Bed: USD 40 per night.

• Rates: All room rates exclude 10% VAT and 5% service charge.

• Bank Fees: A 5% surcharge applies to payments made by Visa or MasterCard.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in: From 14:00

• Check-out: By 12:00 noon

• Early check-in and late check-out: Subject to room availability and additional charges.

Late Check-out Charges:

• From 12:00 to 17:00 – 50% of the room rate

• After 17:00 – 100% of the room rate

For early arrivals, we recommend booking one night prior to ensure room availability. Similarly, reserving an extra night guarantees late check-out convenience.

Guarantee Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. The same card used for the reservation must be presented upon check-in for verification.

Cancellation Policy

• The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival incur no charge.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, or no-shows, will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay including tax.

• Early Bird, Long Stay, Last Minute, and Package rates are non-changeable and non-refundable.

Refunds:
Refunds may take 7–20 working days to process. A transaction fee applies: 3% for Visa/MasterCard and 5% for American Express.
Please notify us at infolnq@maydeville.com once the refund has been received.

Children Policy

• Children under 5 years old stay free of charge.

• Children aged 5 and above or additional adults are charged USD 15 per person per night.

Please note: pets are not allowed.
